Key Configurations

1.The brush structure of the labeling machine is double point support. The difference from other manufacturers is that they use single point support, which is more stable. During the use of single point support, there may be entanglement and breakage of the label;

2.Synchronous mechanism transmission, any transmission belt replacement can be quickly completed, which is easier and simpler to maintain compared to traditional multi-layer arm type (replacement and repair require more than six hours), and will not affect production;

3.The unique cutting blade holder design in the country is suitable for containers ranging from 30mm to 130mm. The cutting blade holder is completely replaceable and adjustable, and exclusively uses a light touch human-machine to search for the origin positioning, which is safe and convenient, leading similar products;

4.The new cutting blade design is driven by a servo motor, which has high speed, stable and accurate action, smooth cutting edge, and beautiful shrinkage. Combined with a tag synchronous positioning mechanism, the cutting edge positioning accuracy is as high as ± 1mm.
