 The company has established a research and development center, equipped with advanced research equipment such as the American Oce automatic ink metering system and color display instrument. It has also set up an experimental testing center, equipped with 2 Oce spectrophotometers and multiple other testing devices. The center has the capability to test various parameters including printing density, printing color difference, color registration deviation, ink adhesion, friction force, surface energy, tensile strength, elongation at break, and shrinkage rate.

In December 2021, the workshop fully implemented MES system management and barcode traceability management. The process of code assignment and barcode scanning for material input was achieved. The finished product core wire cores included both QR codes and traceability codes. The QR codes enable downstream customers to scan and input materials, while the traceability codes enable a full-process chain traceability.

In March 2023, we introduced the most advanced high-speed intaglio printing line from Beiren, with a machine speed of 400 meters per minute and a sheet width of 1.25 meters. The production line is equipped with a Japanese Daisui ink viscosity automatic control system, an ink temperature control system, and an online video detection system. The AGV robots jointly developed by our company and Blue Core Technology have been put into use, replacing manual loading and unloading. This has enabled the production line to print 700,000 square meters of labels per day.

In January 2024, the Kesheng high-speed high-precision cutting machine was introduced, with a machine speed of 600 meters per minute. An automatic unloading robot was also equipped.
