Key Configurations

1.The hub is machined from solid aluminum alloy (mature aluminum), which is different from cast aluminum (raw aluminum) used in the industry. It avoids adhesive residue caused by inherent pores in the material, and the surface of the hub and rubber wheel is treated with non adhesive treatment to further reduce adhesive residue and is easy to clean;

2.The cutting blade is made of Japanese ASP material, learning and absorbing the design concept of German Krons. All four corners can be used. Learning from the material and design of German Krons cutting blades, when the cutting blade is no longer sharp after long-term use, only 1-2 threads need to be lightly ground on a regular grinder to continue using it. The average service life of a cutting blade is 3-4 years;

3.By using a correction device, the imbalance and height of the labels are automatically corrected, ensuring that the labels always maintain a balanced and horizontal position when entering the knife hub, rotating hub, and bottle body. This is different from the industry that repeatedly adjusts the correction labels, greatly saving equipment debugging time and label waste.
